Most people don't realize how unhealthy their life style. Well, not until it's too late. Lack of healthy foods can impact your body in so many negative ways. Strokes, heart attacks, lack of energy. Who likes to have these? Surely not you. Thats why I a, about to show tips on how o live a healthier, better life style.
- Eat healthy. This is a major factor of healthy living which nobody really likes to follow. Yet this is the basis of being healthy. The fruits and vegetables give you what junk food lacks a lot of : nutrients. Healthy food like vegetables are rich in minerals and vitamins that are essential to the body. Without them the body can't produce energy. Vegetables will increase the mineral supply in your body.
2. Exercise. There's nothing better than going for a stroll in the park. But instead of doing your little jog routine once every month, expand your exercise to everyday. Exercises such as jogging can help reduce health risks and many more diseases. Yet many people are simply too lazy to loosen up their muscles for a minute or two. When this happens, find fun things to do while exercising. Like creating a playlist on Spotify to listen to while jogging. This could make your daily routine much easier.
3. Laugh a lot. This reduces blood pressure, relieves depression and has many more positive side effects on the body. I recommend watching standup comedy which can easily make you laugh. Find something to laugh at, anything will do. As long as you're laughing the brain produces chemicals which can help you live longer, and age slower.

I did not post them for you had some errors in understanding the Catholic Church's teachings on hermits as well as the historical, ancient hermits of which are more the "real" hermits. Hermits who live together do not actually fall under the reality of hermits; they are living together thus are not living in the silence of solitude. While monastery hermits might seem impressive, they are not actually hermits but rather priests and brothers or sisters living together in community, thus not hermits. The early desert fathers who later became monastics living in community then were no longer hermits. As to your statement that the Church sent John of the Cross out and about to verify if persons were mystics are not, this is simply not accurate. I know personally the world's leading expert on John of the Cross, a professor emeritus currently, and I checked with her on the statement you suggested, and it simply is not verified. Had you given citations in the comments sent me, I could have taken them more seriously, as opinions are fine but not always accurate truths. However, I understand your feelings regarding the Church, and I admire you for your devotion to what are your feelings. I pray for you and appreciate your thoughts and opinions, as I always then consider seriously what others have to say, and I then research when necessary.
